Nobilis

All the wines of the “Nobilis” line have a name that refers to the origins of the family: Baron Longo Liebenstein to Wellenburg and Langenstein

Schlossberg (“hill of the castle”) is the vineyard surrounding the Baron Longo family estate in Egna.

Vinification:
Ages with spontaneous fermentation in large wooden barrels.

Characteristics:
Grows at 300 metres in a single vineyard with 40-year old vines.

Liebenstein is the second surname of the Baron Longo family.

Vinification:
Ages with spontaneous fermentation in tonneaux, without filtration.

Characteristics:
Grows in a vineyard with 30-year-old vines.

Vinification:
Ages with spontaneous fermentation in barrique casks.

Characteristics:
Grows in two single vineyards with 40-year old vines on a pergola training system.
