Right of withdrawal
Purchases from the website www.baronlongo.com are subject to the provisions of EU Directive 2011/83 / EU, which guarantees the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase for any reason.
Conditions of the right of withdrawal
The purchased goods must be substantially intact.
The right of withdrawal is reserved to natural persons: purchases made by resellers or by persons who in any way purchase for resale to third parties are thus excluded.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering (the returned goods must be substantially intact: this is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal). We therefore recommend the utmost care when preparing the package, e.g. by using the original packaging.
To exercise this right, you must notify us to this effect within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods ordered, then send us the goods within the following 14 days.
Procedure to be followed
Send an email to info@baronlongo.com, declaring that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and providing the following data:
order number and order date
invoice number
the products that are subject to withdrawal
your bank details (IBAN code)
You must wait for notification from our Customer Service Department authorising the return. You must send the goods to be returned within the following 14 days of receipt of such notification to:

Refund procedure
BARON LONGO undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 working days of receipt of the goods and will credit the customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods on the invoice. Pursuant to article 14, paragraph 1, EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the above amount will not include shipping costs.
