Cuveé composed of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot from calcareous soils. Notes of redcurrants and blackcurrants, plums and sour cherries. Spontaneous fermentation in open tonneaux with aging in barriques, harmoniously integrated acidity and silky tannins.
Alcohol level: 13.5%
