CHARACTERISTICS
Sauvignon Blanc vines from two vineyards at 270 m and 1,050 m above sea level on limestone soils. Gentle whole grape pressing of fully ripe grapes, spontaneous fermentation, long storage on the yeast in stainless steel tanks. Notes of citrus and tropical fruits, firmly structured with a fine grip and a minerally finish.
