Spontaneous fermentation. Six-months fermentation on the coarse lees, followed by a short bottle aging.
CHARACTERISTICS
The Solaris grapes for this wine ripen on the Schornhof in the Trudener Horn Nature Park at an altitude of 1,050 m. Flowery scent with fruity notes. Despite the high residual sugar content, it produces a tartness in the mouth, which combined with its elegant minerality results in a long finish.
Alcohol level: 14%
PAIRING
Perfect as apéritif, with foie gras, smoked salmon and shellfish, blue and soft cheese, fruit tarts and chocolate truffles.
