CHARACTERISTICS
Pinot Gris from single locations with 35-year-old vines at 400 metres a.s.l. Spontaneous fermentation and 12-month aging in 500-litre oak barrels, long aging on lees and careful “bâtonnage [stirring]”. Apple and pineapple aromas with citrus blossom notes and a touch of minerality.
Alcohol level: 13.5%
